SITUATION

In a brand-new facility, Johnson & Johnson required safety guardrails to efficiently protect employees against collisions with workplace vehicles. They also needed a guardrail capable of protecting machinery and equipment, with a hygiene focus due to the nature of products being manufactured.

SOLUTION

Over a two-day installation, A-SAFE manufactured, supplied and installed three key safety solutions to protect the facility, including: iFlex Pedestrian 3 Rail Guardrail to separate and guide pedestrians through the site, Bollards to guard corners and provide highly visible traffic guidance for vehicles, and iFlex Single Traffic Guardrail to shield columns and interior walls against impacts from hand-powered equipment.
