Worldwide safety deal for global blue-chip

​Kimberly-Clark Corporation is one of the world’s largest producers of personal care consumer products.

SITUATION

Kimberly-Clark have partnered with A-SAFE for many years as their preferred safety barrier supplier, improving pedestrian segregation, building and asset protection across multiple sites. To quickly and easily roll-out further safety improvements across all of their sites globally, they were seeking to formalise a global group deal with A-SAFE.

SOLUTION

A-SAFE created a bespoke global deal to offer Kimberly-Clark considerable economy-of-scale benefits. Under the group deal, Kimberly-Clark’s Gravesend site recently underwent extensive safety improvements with the addition of pedestrian barriers on external walkways around manufacturing areas, and a dedicated walkway guiding staff from car parks to the pedestrian entrance. Once on-site, walkways channel pedestrians to defined crossing points; reducing the risk posed by crossing high traffic routes.
